The Role

Thought Logic is growing in Dallas, and we’re looking for a Business Development & Growth leader to help us build what comes next.

As our first dedicated sales leader based in the Dallas market, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Thought Logic’s presence across DFW through net-new client acquisition, executive relationships and broader market development. This is a true growth role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and turning conversations into meaningful consulting opportunities.

You’ll combine the entrepreneurial energy of building a market with the support of an established consulting firm and experienced practice leaders. You’ll work closely with our leaders and consultants to understand what clients are trying to accomplish, connect those needs to Thought Logic’s capabilities and lead opportunities from initial conversation through signed engagement.

We’re looking for someone who knows the Dallas business community, has a track record of creating net-new opportunities and is excited by the opportunity to help shape how we grow in the market.
