The Sales Director is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding strategic accounts within Jabil Healthcare , with a strong focus on all Pharmaceutical Solutions , Contract Development & Manufacturing (CDMO) services, Drug Delivery Device Manufacturing services, and Packaging.

This role leads highly consultative, enterprise-level sales engagements involving complex, multi‑stakeholder, value‑based decision-making. The Sales Director builds trusted executive-level relationships, positions Jabil as a preferred long‑term manufacturing partner, and delivers end‑to‑end CDMO solutions from concept through commercial launch, with an emphasis on aseptic manufacturing and oral solid dose capabilities.

The role partners closely with Business Unit, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams to shape customer solutions, land new programs, and ensure long-term customer success. This position reports to the VP of Sales, Jabil Healthcare.
