Regional Vice President

You report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and lead a region of communities. Your direct reports are the Community Managers across your region. Some of your communities also have a dedicated on-site sales team; those teams report through our sales organization, and you partner with them to drive results. You are the first point of accountability for everything that happens in your region.

You work in close partnership with our home office teams, including Revenue, Collections, Marketing, Home Readiness, Capital Projects, Resident Experience, and People Operations. These teams set the standards and build the tools you and your communities rely on. When a challenge extends beyond your region or points to a systemic gap, you surface it back to the home office with a clear recommendation, so it gets solved once, for everyone.

* Translate Havenpark's strategy into regional plans and drive performance to meet and exceed ambitious goals. * Own the financial health of your portfolio through community Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, annual budgets, and capital projects, maintaining positive Net Operating Income (NOI) across your region. * Drive home sales performance across your region, working through your Community Managers and partnering with on-site sales teams to reach ambitious goals. * Keep delinquency low and collections disciplined across every community. * Ensure every community consistently meets our “Green and Clean” and curb appeal standards. * Deliver a five-star resident experience across your region. ### Lead with Data
