Regional Recruiting Director - Principal Financial Network

What You'll Do:

We’re looking for a Regional Recruiting Director to join our Principal Financial Network Management team! You will lead efforts to identify and attract qualified, high performing candidates within the financial services industry to join Principal Financial Network as a Financial Professional. This role will identify and vet the very best candidates with the shortest learning curves and time to revenue possible.* Assist in development of recruiting strategy, then plan and execute on recruiting goals. * Source and develop prospective financial representatives. Proactively target top performing, passive candidates within our industry. * Direct the sourcing of candidates through referrals, networking, social media, and through knowledge of effective search methods. Network with current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals to build a pipeline. * Develop leads and build relationships with prospective financial representatives, maintaining continued, on-going contact with prospective representatives. * Provide consultation and education to prospective financial representatives on platform options and partnering with field leadership and the advisor recruitment team to evaluate platform options. * Perform other job related duties and special projects as required.
