About the Role

Circadia Health is expanding its clinical delivery infrastructure and is establishing physician-owned professional corporations (PCs) in multiple states, supported by a management services organization (MSO). We are seeking experienced physicians to serve as the owner and President of one or more affiliated medical groups. This is a governance and clinical leadership role — not a full-time clinical position — with responsibility for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and professional supervision of an NP-led care model serving skilled nursing and home health patients. ### What You'll Do

• Serve as sole (or majority) shareholder, director, and President of one or more state-specific professional corporations
• Provide clinical governance: approve clinical protocols, quality standards, and scope-of-practice policies for NP-delivered care (remote patient monitoring, chronic care coordination, transitional care)
• Execute and maintain collaborative practice / supervision agreements with nurse practitioners as required by state law
• Oversee credentialing, peer review, and clinical quality committees
• Serve as (or designate) Medical Director for applicable program
