You Are

A Sales Leader who will lead the commercial growth strategy for the Comply360 - Compliance Modernization Platform by driving new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plans. You will serves as the sales executive face of the platform, building trusted relationships with C-suite healthcare leaders while collaborating with Product, Operations, and Client Success to deliver measurable business value and long-term client success.

The Opportunity

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to accelerate platform adoption and revenue growth in conjunction with the Solution Leader.
• Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise opportunities with health plans, PBMs, and healthcare organizations.
• Build and manage executive relationships with Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Medicare & Medicaid Officers, CIOs, COOs, CFOs and other senior leaders.
• Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, revenue targets, and overall commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Solution Leader to develop strategic partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners to expand market reach.
