The Role

VonPay is seeking a Head of Sales to architect, build, and lead the company’s enterprise revenue organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, this leader will own go-to-market strategy, new revenue generation, enterprise sales, channel development, sales operations, commercial planning, and the long-term scalability of VonPay’s revenue engine.

The Head of Sales will be accountable not only for closing high-value merchants, but also for building the people, processes, systems, partnerships, forecasting discipline, and performance culture required to generate predictable and profitable growth. This person will translate VonPay’s strategic vision into an executable commercial plan and ensure the company consistently wins, activates, retains, and expands the right merchant relationships.

The ideal candidate combines deep payments expertise, executive-level commercial judgment, a proven ability to close complex enterprise opportunities, and experience building high-performing sales teams in fast-moving environments.

Executive Mandate

• Own VonPay’s overall revenue strategy and establish the commercial roadmap required to achieve short- and long-term growth objectives.
• Build a predictable, data-driven enterprise revenue engine across direct sales, strategic partnerships, agencies, ISOs, referral channels, and technology alliances.
• Deliver sustained growth in processing volume, gross revenue, net revenue, contribution margin, activated merchants, and merchant lifetime value.
