The Opportunity

Advantage HQ is building a media organization that can operate at a level far beyond individual campaign management.

The Head of Media Operations will own that organization.

You will define the operating model for Media Operations, build the leadership structure, establish the systems that govern execution, and ultimately be accountable for the organization's ability to deliver high-quality media performance at scale.

You will work directly with executive leadership and play a central role in determining how Advantage HQ builds, manages, and scales its media capability.
