We are expanding our brokerage operation and looking for a Head of Marine Brokerage who is ready to take an established foundation and aggressively grow listings, transactions, relationships, and market presence.

The infrastructure is ready.
We are looking for someone who wants to get into the market and produce.
The Head of Marine Brokerage will focus heavily on developing dealership and marina relationships, acquiring vessel listings, working with private sellers, creating buyer opportunities, closing transactions, and eventually helping expand the brokerage team.
You will work directly with company leadership while having significant independence over the day-to-day growth of the brokerage operation.

- Develop new sources of brokerage inventory
- Maintain strong communication with sellers throughout the listing process

- Training materials
- Existing company partnerships and industry relationships
- Lead-generation systems
- Marketing resources
- Existing operational support
- Established asset-service capabilities

The objective is no longer to build the system.
The objective is to use it.
Our next Head of Brokerage should be comfortable spending their time prospecting, meeting people, developing relationships, acquiring inventory, working transactions, and creating revenue.
