About Connct AI

Connct AI is building the next generation of AI companions: personalized characters that users chat with, call, and share intimate moments with. We sit at the intersection of AI, relationships and adult entertainment (18+), one of the fastest-growing consumer categories online.

We are a small, senior team at the very start of our commercial launch. Our first markets are the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. You won't join a program that already runs: you will build it, and you will be one of the people who decide how Connct AI grows.

The role

You will create and run our affiliate program from zero, and own the growth of everything our partners send us. You report directly to the CEO and have real autonomy: we expect you to know your job better than we do.

What you will do

• Build the affiliate program end to end: tracking stack, S2S postbacks, commission structure (RevShare, CPA, hybrid, PPS, PPL) and payout process.
• Recruit and activate affiliates: media buyers, SEO and review sites, creators, Reddit and TikTok, Telegram channels, and adult and dating networks.
• Manage your partners day to day: offers, creatives, landing pages, custom deals, payments.
• Own the partner funnel: landing page and sign-up conversion, free-to-paid conversion, A/B tests with the product team.
• Protect the program: fraud detection, traffic quality, chargebacks and compliance with payment processors and ad policies.
• Report weekly on the numbers that matter: active affiliates, paying users, net revenue, EPC, refund and chargeback rates.

What you bring

• 3+ years in performance affiliate marketing, with at least one program you launched or scaled on the advertiser side.
• Experience in adult, dating, cam, AI companion, iGaming or other high-risk verticals.
• A network of active affiliates you can bring on board in your first weeks.
• Hands-on knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms ( Everflow).
• A data-driven mindset: you know your EPC, LTV and payback, and you can explain every number.
• Fluent English. Comfortable working with 18+ content.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or token-based products.
• Media buying experience on adult ad networks.
• A presence at industry events (Affiliate World, TES, XBIZ, Sigma or similar).
