Description: Summary
The Executive Director of Partner Success (EDPS) is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and long-term impact of engage2learn partnerships with school districts and educational organizations.
Operating within engage2learn’s territory-based partnership model, the EDPS works closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships (DSP) to ensure that new engagements translate into meaningful outcomes, strong partner relationships, and long-term growth opportunities. This role balances project leadership, partner relationship management, and strategic account development. The ideal candidate will own the full customer lifecycle, from implementation and relationship management to value realization and growth by driving outcomes-based narratives around retention and expansion. This position operates as a 40/60 split between sales and project management responsibilities.
The EDPS serves as the primary leader for implementation quality, partner trust, and value realization across assigned partnerships. Through strong communication, data-driven insight, and collaborative problem-solving, the EDPS ensures that projects deliver measurable results and that districts clearly recognize the impact of engage2learn’s work.
Responsibilities
Partner Implementation & Project Leadership
- Lead the successful implementation of engage2learn projects with school district partners.
- Collaborate with district leaders to identify strategic priorities related to student outcomes, leadership development, and system improvement.
- Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and partner stakeholders.
- Assign and coordinate coaches or consultants based on project needs and expertise.
- Ensure projects are executed with fidelity to engagement goals and organizational standards.
