### Drive the Next Stage of Growth

An established and rapidly growing fresh food distributor is seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President of Strategic Retail Sales to lead expansion into major grocery and retail markets throughout the Western United States.

This executive leadership role is designed for an industry veteran who brings deep relationships with national and regional grocery retailers and has a proven history of opening doors, negotiating enterprise-level agreements, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

If you’ve built partnerships with organizations such as Kroger, Albert/Albertsons, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, WinCo, Safeway, Stater Bros., Smart & Final, or other major retail chains, we’d like to speak with you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term retail growth strategy.
• Leverage existing executive relationships to secure new regional and national retail partnerships.
• Lead negotiations for high-value supply agreements with grocery retailers, wholesale distributors, and strategic food partners.
• Identify new market opportunities throughout the Western U.S.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key customer relationships.
• Partner closely with operations, finance, quality, and supply chain leadership to ensure profitable growth.
• Advise executive leadership on market trends, competitive strategy, and expansion opportunities.
• Represent the organization at major industry events and customer meetings.
