The Director of Tax (Direct & Indirect) is responsible for managing the company’s ongoing tax compliance, reporting, and planning across a diversified, multi-entity holding company structure. This role oversees income tax and indirect taxobligations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk management while supporting day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a complex, multi-entity environment with both domestic and international activity.
