Director Software Engineering - DNA PlatformsAbout your role:

You will lead software engineering for DNA Platforms, guiding the development, delivery and operation of enterprise software capabilities that support Fiserv clients and business priorities. You will partner with product, architecture, operations, security and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient and secure solutions. Your leadership will help improve engineering execution, platform reliability and modernization across multiple workstreams.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple software engineering teams delivering platform and product capabilities for DNA Platforms.
• Define engineering strategy aligned with business objectives, product roadmaps and enterprise architecture direction.
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, automation and platform engineering initiatives across multiple portfolios.
• Establish engineering standards, architecture governance and development practices that improve quality, reliability and delivery predictability.
• Recruit, mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers through performance coaching, workforce planning and leadership development.
