The Director, Real Estate - Global Transaction Services & Corporate Portfolio Management serves as the enterprise owner of both real estate transaction delivery and corporate portfolio outcomes. As Global Transaction Services lead, this individual governs the company’s worldwide real estate transaction management capability across office, industrial, R&D, and specialized assets. This role owns the transaction services platform including process, standards, performance, and third-party delivery. Ensuring transactions are executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with enterprise strategy.
