The Director, Partnerships leads the development and execution of strategic commercial partnerships that support ATCC's commercial strategy, scientific mission, and growth objectives. This remote position works closely with Commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and implement partnerships, licensing opportunities, strategic alliances, and other growth initiatives across ATCC's physical and digital offerings. The role leads a small partnerships team while guiding complex transactions from opportunity identification through execution and value realization.

We are seeking a Director, Partnerships, ideally with a background in strategic partnerships or business development and experience supporting commercial, scientific, biotechnology, or life sciences environments.
