As Director, Nonprofit Strategy & Organizational Growth- Southwest, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Chief Professional Officers, Boards of Directors, and volunteer leaders across an assigned portfolio of Boys & Girls Clubs. You'll partner with leaders to understand their organizations and communities, identify the opportunities that matter most, and develop strategies that strengthen organizational performance, sustainability, and mission impact. This is not a traditional organizational development role. It is an opportunity to bring your experience as a nonprofit leader, strategist, coach, and problem solver to organizations operating in very different environments, from rural communities and organizations navigating financial constraints to rapidly growing markets with significant opportunities to expand their reach. You'll have considerable autonomy in how you manage your portfolio, coupled with access to expertise and resources across BGCA. Success requires someone who can earn trust, navigate complexity, make sense of competing priorities, and help leaders turn strategy into action.
