The Director of Financial Management Services (FMS) – Self-Directed Care (Veteran-Directed Care preferred) is a senior operational leader responsible for building, optimizing, and managing the tactical and administrative infrastructure of an FMS operation. This role ensures seamless integration across payroll, compliance, onboarding, vendor management, and participant support within self-directed care programs.

The Director translates strategic vision into scalable, compliant, and high-performing operational execution across multi-state or multi-program environments.
