Director of Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships (Commission Based)

Moxie Creative Studios is Rochester's Personal Brand Authority Studio. We build visibility, positioning, and presence for founders, executives, and thought leaders. We also produce events built with the same intention, from nonprofit benefits to signature for-profit experiences.

Every event we produce is an unforgettable experience. The Sponsorship Lead brings in the brands that belong in it.

This is an independent contractor (1099) role with uncapped earnings. It's built for a closer who moves with confidence, knows how to open doors in Rochester, and matches brands to rooms where they gain real status.

What You'll Own

• The sponsor pipeline for every Moxie event, from first prospect to signed agreement
• Pitches that position each sponsor for visibility and alignment with the audience in the room
• Custom sponsorship packages, created with our design team to match each partner's goals
• A clean, current sponsor tracker, so every conversation is documented
• Sponsor deliverables, coordinated with our event team so every logo, mention, and activation is flawless
• Post-event recaps that show sponsors their impact and open the door to renewal

Compensation

*For-profit events:* tiered, uncapped commission on the sponsorship revenue you source and close.

• 15% on your first $50,000 closed each year
• 18% on $50,001–$100,000
• 20% above $100,000
• 7.5% on renewals of sponsors you originally closed

*Nonprofit events:* a flat fee per event plus a fixed bonus when the event reaches its sponsorship goal. We set both per event, and we follow ethical fundraising standards in every nonprofit partnership we touch.
