Overview of the Role

• The Director of Sales is responsible for ensuring delivery of core business goals - establishing Costco prominence, delivering incremental sales, and fostering trusting retailer relationships that can be leveraged in the future. They are responsible for supporting and developing ongoing processes at a regional level and will be the main driver of top line revenue growth and the lead for ongoing strategic planning and communication. The Director of Sales will own top-to-top communication with key leadership team members internally and externally.
• Fully Remote must be local to the East Coast
• Salary range $145,000 - $155,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills
• Travel Requirements: Up to 25% - travel possibilities would include major industry shows, client meetings, team trainings, leadership trainings and travel to corporate offices; Min 1x/region/month; Top
