NBS has standard office hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST with the option to work a Compressed Work Week (9/80) schedule.

Summary

NBS is currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize our company-wide revenue strategy and operations. This position will develop and oversee the systems, processes, analytics, and cross-functional practices necessary to create a scalable, data-driven revenue engine and support sustainable growth.

As the leader of the Revenue function, the Director is accountable for aligning business development, marketing, proposal management, client experience, and practice leadership around shared revenue objectives. This role will analyze market and performance data, identify growth opportunities, challenge and validate assumptions, improve pipeline and conversion effectiveness, and translate business insights into actionable strategies that strengthen revenue performance and client growth.

Essential functions

Revenue Operations & Growth Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with NBS’ strategic objectives. Identify opportunities to diversify revenue streams, expand market presence, and strengthen long-term client relationships. Partner with executive leadership to establish annual revenue goals and business development priorities. Evaluate emerging markets, industry trends, competitive activity, and client needs to inform growth strategies.

Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable business development systems and processes. Establish consi
