Your Impact

Pearce is seeking talented and motivated candidates for a Solar – Chief Professional Engineer role focused primarily on commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects. Secondary areas of focus include energy storage solutions (ESS), repowering of existing PV systems, electric vehicle charging station design, and various project types in the telecom sector. The selected candidate will engage with Pearce's civil, structural, and electrical design teams and clients to provide innovative, forward-thinking design solutions that facilitate the development, design, and construction of solar projects.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee and seal commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar PV and ESS designs, including interconnection designs, single-line diagrams, bid sets, construction sets, and as-built drawings

Work closely with Business Development and Field Services teams to obtain a deep understanding of customer needs and design the optimal solution for each project

Create, implement, and maintain quality control processes

Attend customer meetings and presentations throughout t
