NaviStone is on a mission—doubling our business over the next two years and scaling rapidly our business. We are hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales to accelerate that growth by owning new business acquisition across home décor, home services, beauty/wellness, online retail, and apparel direct to consumer brands.

In this quota-carrying, individual-contributor role, you will represent NaviStone in the market, aggressively hunt new logo opportunities, and drive closed-won revenue within the home décor, home services, beauty/wellness, online retail, apparel space. You'll combine relentless outbound prospecting with consultative, data-driven storytelling to win the confidence of senior marketing decision-makers and convert pipeline into signed business

The ideal candidate is a tenacious, high-urgency hunter who knows how to open doors at the enterprise level, build genuine relationships with marketing executives, and close complex deals. You've sold into home décor, home services, beauty/wellness, online retail, apparel before, you understand the buyer, and you don't let deals stall. What You'll Do

* Own full-cycle enterprise sales from first contact to closed won. You will prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with direct-to-consumer brands including home décor, home services, beauty/wellness, online retail and apparel. You own the pipeline and the number.

* Hunt. Relentlessly. Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, strategic research, conference presence, and industry networking. You do not wait for inbound leads,
