ABOUT THE HUB

The National PCA Hub is an initiative designed to strengthen collaboration and resource sharing for the collective benefit of all Health Centers and Primary Care Associations (PCA) across the nation, representing the most comprehensive, trusted, and enduring technical assistance (TA) infrastructure supporting the Health Center Program.

The Director of Communications and Engagement leads the National PCA Hub’s communications, dissemination, outreach, and stakeholder engagement strategy. This role strengthens the Hub’s national presence, expands awareness and use of Hub resources, and ensures communications are coordinated, accessible, data-informed, and aligned with organizational and federal grant priorities. The Director of Communications and Engagement serves as a strategic communications advisor to Hub leadership and oversees messaging, brand positioning, digital engagement, stakeholder communications, and dissemination across the Operational Excellence NTAP and other Hub initiatives. The role collaborates with internal and external partners to advance national engagement and equitable access to technical assistance and resources, while supervising a Program Assistant and providing direction to other communications resources as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the National PCA Hub’s communications, outreach, dissemination, and engagement strategy.
• Oversee digital communications channels, platforms, webinars, social media, and resource distribution.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and communications practices and assess their potential application within the National PCA Hub.
• Direct national outreach to increase awareness and use of Hub resources, events, and technical assistance.
• Develop and strengthen engagement with Health Centers, PCAs, national partners, TA organizations, and other stakeholders.
