Role Mission

The Director of Advisor Partnerships - East Region is responsible for driving measurable new revenue growth and deepening advisor loyalty across the East Region by building and re-engaging high-value luxury travel advisor relationships. This role balances proactive reengagement of existing clients with targeted new business development, leveraging market insights and high-touch relationship management to maximize revenue, retention, and brand presence. Acting as both a client-facing ambassador and a regional business leader, the Director ensures that every interaction delivers measurable impact and expands UJV's market presence and advisor production in the East.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Growth

* Strategically nurture relationships with luxury travel advisors, agencies, and consortia (e.g., Virtuoso), both re-engaging/deepening existing East Region accounts and actively growing the region through new client engagement; to drive loyalty, repeat business, and
