Job Description

The Head of Regulatory Affairs leads the enterprise-wide regulatory affairs function, serving as the central authority on regulatory risk, market conduct, examinations, investigations, regulatory intelligence, and rate, form, and product filing strategy. The role ensures consistent engagement and messaging across regulators, policymakers, and government stakeholders while providing executive leadership with a clear and comprehensive view of the organization's regulatory posture.

Reporting to the SVP, Government & Industry Relations, the Head of Regulatory Affairs establishes enterprise regulatory governance, oversees examinations, filings, and regulatory matters, leads market conduct and remediation strategies, and develops predictive intelligence capabilities to identify emerging risks, anticipate regulatory trends, and mitigate potential business impacts before they escalate into enforcement actions or material issues.Key Responsibilities
