Reporting directly to the Chief Credit Officer, the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Consumer Lending is a key leader providing, strategic oversight, and operational excellence across the full spectrum of consumer lending functions, including Indirect Lending, Direct Consumer Lending Underwriting, and Consumer Lending Operations. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, will be a strategic thinker, have strong credit management skills, understand the competitive landscape of Nuvision’s markets, utilize profitability analyzing tools for product pricing, and a background familiar with regulatory and compliance ensuring Nuvision’s consumer lending programs are competitive, compliant, efficient, and aligned with Nuvision’s purpose, vision and strategic goals.

Supports and leads cultural change within functional areas of responsibility and works closely with the CCO and direct reports as well as other colleagues to sustain an ongoing culture and organizational capabilities.

This position is responsible for setting, achieving, and evaluating lending goals, and responds to changes in regulatory, market and competitive conditions. The SVP is responsible for ensuring all lending policies, practices, technologies, and workflows enhance member experience, safeguard credit quality, and drive sustainable portfolio growth.
