Over the past three years, we've grown 2–3x year over year, setting a new standard on the marketing side of the personal injury space and proving what's possible when strategy, speed, and execution align. The Opportunity

This is not a support role. The Chief of Staff (reporting to the President) is the operating partner to the President of one of the fastest-growing personal injury firms in the country. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning vision into action across every function of the business. TopDog Law is scaling rapidly and the complexity of running the organization grows every quarter. New states, new hires, new systems, new partners. The President needs someone who can hold the operational picture together, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure the most important priorities get done, not just discussed. This role requires someone who leads without ego, communicates with precision, and thrives in an environment where the game plan changes fast. You will not be managing logistics. You will be managing outcomes.
