Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work closely with the executive leadership team.
The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the executive, helping translate organizational priorities into actionable initiatives, driving cross-functional execution, managing high-priority projects, and ensuring alignment across leadership teams.
This role requires an individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to the executive leadership team.
- Translate executive priorities and business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives across multiple functions and business units.
- Establish priorities, timelines, milestones, and accountability for high-impact initiatives.
- Coordinate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track organizational priorities, KPIs, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify business risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities and proactively recommend solutions.
- Facilitate executive meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Ensure follow-up and accountability on key decisions and action items.
- Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Technology, and other functional leaders on strategic projects.
- Support annual and quarterly business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational planning.
- Lead special projects and highly sensitive initiatives on behalf of executive leadership.
- Manage confidential information and executive-level communications with a high degree of discretion.
- Help drive organizational change, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Represent the executive's priorities across the organization and ensure effective communication to stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in strategy, consulting, operations, corporate development, investment banking, or senior business management.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with C-suite executives or senior leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and business judgment.
- Excellent project and program management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate independently with limited direction.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree from a reputable institution.
- Previous experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Strategic Operations.
- Experience working in a high-growth company or entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Experience with financial modeling, business analytics, and strategic planning.
- Experience working with C-suite executives, Board members, investors, or external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, operating rhythms, and business performance management.

Competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $182,000.00 per year
