Business Development Executive – Staffing

We are looking for a proven staffing business development professional who knows how to open doors, get MSAs signed, and turn relationships into revenue.

This is not an entry-level business development role, and it is not a position for someone looking to learn staffing sales.

We are looking for someone who is currently in the staffing industry with demonstrated success selling direct hire/permanent placement and contract-to-hire staffing services.

You know how to identify companies that are hiring, reach the right decision-makers, get through procurement and vendor approval, negotiate agreements, get the MSA executed, secure job orders, and turn those relationships into placements and revenue.

You should already have relationships in the market. We want someone who can leverage an existing network while continuing to build new relationships and open new accounts.

Maybe you're already producing but you're limited by your current organization, compensation structure, territory, leadership, delivery capabilities, or lack of support.

What You'll Do

• Develop new clients for direct hire/permanent placement and contract-to-hire staffing services
• Leverage existing relationships to create immediate opportunities
• Prospect and build new relationships with hiring executives and decision-makers
• Develop relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, department leaders, executives, and procurement
• Navigate vendor onboarding and procurement
• Negotiate and secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Generate active job orders from new and existing clients
• Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to successfully fill positions
• Expand initial relationships into multiple departments, locations, and hiring needs
• Build and maintain a substantial book of business
