This position is 100% commission-based, offering uncapped commission growth potential, immediate team overrides, and a contractually backed path to equity ownership once minimum firm milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Production: Actively source, list, and close your own business brokerage transactions to drive personal and office revenue.
• Operations Management: Build and oversee the deal pipeline, business valuations, and contract-to-close compliance.
• Recruitment & Training: Scout, interview, and onboard high-potential business brokers to expand our office's market footprint.
• Team Leadership: Mentor agents, manage pipeline reviews, and maximize closing ratios across the new team.
• Revenue Growth: Co-manage firm profitability alongside the Principal Owner to scale the office.
