You are an experience design led creative who knows how to bring big ideas into physical, dimensional space. Whether your background is as a writer or an art director, you understand how storytelling, spatial thinking, and brand strategy come together to create environments people actually want to walk into. You know how to translate a brand idea into something people can move through, touch, and remember, and you bring a broader toolkit of digital, social, and integrated skills to support that experience when the idea calls for it.

You think solution first, medium second, with insightful ideas at the core, and experience as your home base. You know how to ideate and sell ideas as a creative leader within a cross functional team, and you bring killer presentation skills, written and verbal, to every room you're in. You're also a purveyor of culture, with a keen understanding of the experiential marketing landscape across Canada and beyond.

The Role

As the Associate Creative Director, Experiential, you'll partner closely with the Executive Creative Director, taking briefs and ensuring clarity of the ask, while working with cross functional teams to shape immersive brand experiences. You'll contribute to new business strategy, guide creative development, and ensure each concept aligns with client objectives. You'll be a key player in developing innovative designs, pitching ideas, and executing memorable projects that raise the bar in experiential marketing.
