Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm

Location

Mt. Joy, PA Center-based reporting with the exception of days where non-center client/supervision services are provided, Client/supervision services are provided in the designated setting (e.g., home, community, school, center), Remote work is allowable up to 1 day per week with approval by the Program Director

Travel Required

Some travel for site visits and other BII centers, to the Plymouth Meeting HQ, and other locations for training, meetings and company events.

We are seeking an AssistantProgram Director to support our Ehanced Program in Mt. Joy, PA.

RBT Requirements Coordinator

• Support Program Director with RBT supervision requirements
• Participate in RBT Orientation
• Participate in Competency Assessments for Orienting Technicians
• Support Program Supervisor in running RBT monthly meetings as needed

Treatment Center Management

• Provide crisis management support during sessions and general treatment center coverage.
• Functions as a Trainer for crisis management in identified centers determined by needs to support center staff
